Booking Conditions

Tariffs are subject to change without advice. Where a booking has been paid for and receipted, the tariff quoted shall be honoured. Rooms include linen and weekly servicing.
A $200 deposit is required in the low season. A $300 deposit is required in the mid and high seasons. Deposit payable on booking and full payment required 2 months prior to high season bookings.
Cancellation Policy
- 0-14 days - No refund
- 0-28 days in holiday season - No refund
- 15 days or more - $50 admin fee (28 days or more in holiday season)
In the event of the Guest desiring to cancel the booking, a refund of the deposit, less and adminstrative fee, will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in high season or 14 days at other times.
Check-in is after 2pm and check-out is 10am.
No refund for early departure.
Late Arrivals - Please phone Reception for Instructions (a deposit must be paid for all bookings)
(Early Check-In & Late Check-out - $10 an hour extra)
Golf and other tour packages can be arranged through reception. (no extra booking fee is charged).
