Lucaya Apartments
The Lucaya Apartments are spacious holiday apartments right next door to Coolum Beach Resort.
All units are fully self-contained and have a large private balcony, all with oceanviews. They all have TV and DVD.
All units are equipped with a full size kitchen, including, microwave, oven, big fridge and freezer as well as an automatic dishwasher. All kitchen equipment including cutlery, crockery etc are supplied.
Linen, towels and a small supply of soap, shampoo, bath gel, detergent and dishwashing liquid are included in the tariff. The units all have a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. If you need a drycleaning service, this can be arranged through reception.
Each unit has a lock up garage. The two bedroom apartment has a single lock up garage and the three bedroom apartment has a two car lock up garage.

This spacious three bedroom apartment includes two bathrooms with fantastic ocean views over Coolum Beach and north towards Noosa.

Booking Conditions
- Tariffs are subject to change without advice. Where a booking has been paid for and receipted, the tariff quoted shall be honoured. Rooms include linen and weekly servicing.
- A $200 deposit is required in the low season. A $300 deposit is required in the mid and high seasons.
- Cancellation Policy
- 0-14 days - No refund
- 15 days or more - $50 admin fee
