Lucaya Apartments

The Lucaya Apartments are spacious holiday apartments right next door to Coolum Beach Resort.

All units are fully self-contained and have a large private balcony, all with oceanviews. They all have TV and DVD.

All units are equipped with a full size kitchen, including, microwave, oven, big fridge and freezer as well as an automatic dishwasher. All kitchen equipment including cutlery, crockery etc are supplied.

Linen, towels and a small supply of soap, shampoo, bath gel, detergent and dishwashing liquid are included in the tariff. The units all have a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. If you need a drycleaning service, this can be arranged through reception.

Each unit has a lock up garage. The two bedroom apartment has a single lock up garage and the three bedroom apartment has a two car lock up garage.

*Lucaya Three Bedroom Apartment* This spacious three bedroom apartment includes two bathrooms with fantastic ocean views over Coolum Beach and north towards Noosa. Located next door to Coolum Beach Resort in the Lucaya Apartments it has a two car lock up garage and swimming pool in the grounds. A perfect holiday for the large family or two couples wanting to share accommodation.

Lu *Lucaya Two Bedroom Apartments*ssaya Two Bedroom Apartment These large 2 bedroom apartments include air conditioning, ensuite, second bathroom with bath, separate toilet and ocean views over Coolum Beach and north towards Noosa. Located next door to Coolum Beach Resort in the Lucaya Apartments they have a single lock up garage and swimming pool in the grounds.

Booking Conditions

Tariffs are subject to change without advice. Where a booking has been paid for and receipted, the tariff quoted shall be honoured. Rooms include linen and weekly servicing.
A $200 deposit is required in the low season. A $300 deposit is required in the mid and high seasons.
Cancellation Policy
- 0-14 days – No refund
- 15 days or more – $50 admin fee
Check-in is after 2pm and check-out is 10am.
Golf and other tour packages can be arranged through reception. (no extra booking fee is charged).
